Based within our people team, you'll be the trusted advisor for day-to-day HR matters, helping create a positive, productive and high-performing workplace culture. About the Role As our Team Success (HR) Advisor, you'll provide practical, professional and confidential HR support to managers and employees across the organisation. You'll partner with leaders to navigate employment relations matters, build management capability, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure our people practices are fair, consistent and aligned with both legislation and our Baygold values. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing operational HR support with relationship building, coaching, problem-solving and driving positive people outcomes. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who combines strong HR expertise with excellent interpersonal skills and sound commercial judgement. What you'll bring: 3 to 5+ years' HR Advisory or Employee Relations experience. Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practice. Proven experience supporting managers through people-related challenges. Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
