Job responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal standards.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with new products and services.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.

Job requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of fintech regulations, data privacy laws, and financial compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
