Guide customers through design choices and product options so they can bring their vision for their space to life. 
Take ownership of your results, consistently working towards and exceeding your personal sales targets.

What you’ll be doing 

Deliver warm, emotionally intelligent customer service that creates loyalty and encourages repeat business. 
Engage customers with storytelling that helps them imagine how our furniture will elevate their home. 
Proactively  identify sales opportunities , follow up leads , and close deals with confidence. 
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and correctly. 
Partner with the Showroom Manager and team to uphold high visual merchandising and presentation standards across the showroom.

About You 

Proven ability to close sales in high-value categories such as furniture, jewellery, automotive, or luxury goods. 
A natural hunter with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
high in emotional intelligence and able to build rapport quickly. 
Experienced in consultative selling and solution-based approaches.  
Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable, even in high-traffic periods. 
Organised, professional, and collaborative with a growth mindset.
