About the Position
The ERP Report Developer/Business Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting ERP reports and reporting solutions that meet business and operational needs. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting reporting requirements, analyzing business processes, troubleshooting report and data issues, validating report results, identifying reporting enhancements, and supporting report implementations. This position provides functional expertise in ERP reporting, collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, assists end users with report-related questions and issues, and works independently on complex assignments to ensure the delivery of accurate, reliable, and meaningful reports that supports business operations and decision-making.

We Require
- Two years of related experience developing reports using Microsoft PowerBI and DAX codes
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field.
- A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Job Contributions
- Assist in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimize ERP reports and reporting solutions by translating business requirements into accurate and meaningful reports, validating data integrity, troubleshooting reporting issues, implementing enhancements, and providing ongoing support to business users.
- Develops and maintains ERP reports and reporting enhancements; performs report validation to verify data accuracy and integrity; documents testing activities and results; assists in identifying and resolving reporting issues; and collaborates with business users and team members to support operational reporting needs.
- Knowledge of developing report calculations, formulas, and data expressions within ERP reporting or business intelligence platforms to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Assist in extracting clean data, and transforming raw data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, cloud storage) using Power Query.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and resolving data refresh or user access issues within the CGI Insight report application.
- Learn to write and implement basic DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) measures and calculated columns.
- Assist to extract, clean, and transform raw data from Snowflake and other sources using Power Query.
- Assist in tracking quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test statuses.
- Other Job Duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid work schedule that requires access to a computer and high-speed internet
- Position may require occasional travel to and from job-related locations during a scheduled workday, subject to County policies regarding the use of County or private vehicles used on County business.
- Requires working standard business hours Monday through Friday
- May be required to work after-hours, on weekends and holidays, as needed due to systems testing cycles.
- Frequently subject to time pressures, multiple or complicated tasks, unscheduled tasks, decision making, and teamwork
- Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally or negligible weights frequently; sitting most of the time
- Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
