Job Description

Shaw Industries is hiring a dynamic and self-motivated Process Engineer to provide technical assistance to the team supervisors, associates, and internal customers on a daily basis on the Finishing line at Shaw Plant 4.

Responsibilities

Managing capital projects
Drive TPM initiatives and cost improvements
Investigate off-quality situations
Monitor and analyzing departmental performance through reports, feedback, and observations.
Responsible for setting schedules, inventory, daily production, and driving trials on the coating line.

Requirements

4-year degree required; Engineering degree preferred
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
