About The Role

Office Management & Administration Associate – Part-time As an Office Management & Administration Associate (50% part-time), you will be a key part of the Nasdaq Iceland office operations. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization and handle a broad range of administrative, office management, sustainability, and workplace-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Handling day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Assisting with planning and execution of internal and external events Maintaining a well-organized office space Receiving and registering invoices for accounts payable processing Assisting with sustainability initiatives Required Qualifications Experience in office management, administration, or a similar support role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle recurring tasks as well as ad-hoc operational needs Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Fluent in Icelandic and English Preferred qualifications Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, and basic administrative systems Interest in sustainability, environmental reporting, or workplace wellbeing Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational areas This position will be located onsite in the office 5 days a week, with some flexibility.
