CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER - FULL TIME

• Provide athletic trainer treatments and
• consultations to a variety of athletes and non-athletes in accordance with the
• written and verbal instructions of supervising physician. To include: a review of
• the patient/athlete’s record and conducts a thorough assessment, and maintains
• required documentation.
• Adheres to Watson Clinic policies &
• procedures in the administering, and documenting of medication given, or
• prescribed by ordering MD (as required by specialty) in patient’s medical
• record.
• Prepares patient for office visit and maintains
• integrity by maintaining flow of patients, assist with dressing changes,
• removal of sutures and remove and apply casts and other appliances as directed.
• Assist physician in marketing, development, and
• delivery of sports medicine services.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Athletic training program with Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience: Prefer at least one year of previous experience in an outpatient setting.
• Other Requirements: Must possess current state licensure, national certification, and CPR certification.
