Tasks

Tasks shall include but not be limited to

•  Identifying vacant positions in assistance with the Planning team
•  Sourcing new candidates as per HSQEEn.
•  Screening CV’s in consultation with the concerned stakeholders.
•  Arranging MINTRA test by sending the link on email.
•  Authenticating documents prior to the interview.
•  Scheduling interview with the concerned personnel (Marine/Technical)
•  Conducting preliminary documents & certificates check with the standards laid down by the company.
•  Identifying the Training needs & updating the planning team of any training requirement & documentation to comply with
• statutory requirements.
•  Updating Advertisements on regular intervals.
•  Arranging Travel & accommodation for the Senior officers & ETO’s
•  Use of company’s applicant tracking system.

Substitute Crew Recruitment Officer (Alternate)

Minimum Experience Minimum experience of 5 years in recruiting Seafarers for Gas/ Chemical/ Oil Vessels.
