Role: Dental Virtual Assistant (Front Office & Scheduling)

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

  • Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable), Government Mandated Benefits
  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00am - 6:00pm Philippine time

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Virtual Assistant to support our front office operations. This role focuses on patient communication, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth administrative workflow for our dental practice. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and experienced in handling remote reception tasks in a healthcare or dental setting.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Reception (Remote)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Answer inquiries, provide basic information about services, and direct concerns appropriately
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all patient interactions
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently

Appointment Setting & Scheduling

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce no-shows
  • Coordinate daily schedules to optimize clinic productivity
  • Accurately update patient records and appointment details in the system

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Background in finance, billing, or accounts receivable
  • Experience with: Payment follow-ups & Outstanding balance collection
  • Familiarity with dental or medical practice management software

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant, Medical VA, or similar role
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
