You will continuously challenge, motivate, mentor, and support your teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Your deep technical expertise will enable you to work within or lead cross-disciplinary teams, resolving service-related and management issues while ensuring technical priorities are met. Job Description Develops and/or delivers budget plans for own area with guidance from senior colleagues. Identifies shortcomings, suggests improvements and implements approved revisions to current compliance processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or discipline. Manages the development and/or operation of significant aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues. Takes responsibility for implementing a team's formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise and pursuing and investing in opportunities for own personal development. Identifies shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a workstream within the organisation's change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues. Manages the development and/or operation of knowledge management system with guidance from senior colleagues. Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others. Sets longer term objectives and takes responsibility for implementing and coordinating performance management systems for a substantial department within the organisation. Develops innovative solutions by integrating and analysing complex and diverse information sources. Analyses and evaluates the feasibility/relevance of proposals for complex products/services, then develops and amends as necessary with guidance from senior colleagues and/or supervises activities performed by a product development/specialist team.
