Wage scale: $42.14 - $78.11 per hour

How you'll contribute

As an Infusion RN, you will

Assess patients prior to treatment and monitor responses throughout infusion therapy.
Administer IV medications, fluids, blood products, and other prescribed therapies according to provider orders and established protocols.
Establish and maintain peripheral IV access and care for central lines, PICC lines, and implanted ports.
Monitor adverse reactions and initiate appropriate interventions when needed.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, effective care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have an associate’s degree nursing (ADN) or a bachelor’s degree nursing (BSN) preferred

Additional Requirements

BLS
Current ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card
Active Washington RN license (single-state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
Oncology, infusion, or outpatient clinic experience

Preferred

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or required within established timeframe, based on facility needs.
