At RIB, we’re on a mission to empower the built world through technology. As part of our global Marketing & Communications team, you’ll help bring this mission to life through compelling design. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and internal teams - turning concepts into design that supports campaigns, customer stories, and our global brand. You’ll also work closely with our global design organization, which spans product designers and UX/UI specialists across Germany, Denmark, India, South Africa, the US, and Australia. That means working within shared design systems and brand standards, collaborating across time zones, and contributing to a consistent visual language at scale. Why AI fluency matters in this role Our marketing strategy treats AI as operational infrastructure - not a shortcut. We are embedding AI into content production, campaign workflows, and creative ops. This designer will be a practitioner and a multiplier: using AI to move faster and produce more, while codifying best practices that raise the capability of the whole team. Key responsibilities A portfolio showing a range of work across marketing collateral, social media content, video/motion, and AI-assisted production is strongly welcomed. Design & production Design high-quality assets for digital and print (marketing collateral, social media, internal comms, and campaign materials). Edit and produce video content for campaigns, webinars, and social platforms. Lead brand video animations, storyboards, and special effects production. Create and refine compelling PowerPoint decks for executive, sales, and customer-facing use; strong on clarity and visual storytelling. Support landing page design and web content updates. Work within the design system to ensure all digital outputs are on-brand and consistent with the broader RIB product and marketing experience. AI integration & team capability Actively use AI tools (image, video, motion, voice) to accelerate creative workflows, while maintaining quality and reducing cycle times. Repurpose core assets like campaign visuals, videos, and presentations into scalable, derivative formats. Identify and replace manual steps with AI driven workflows; document and share prompt libraries, tool setups, and repeatable processes with the team. Ensure all AI generated output meets RIB’s brand standards and help codify clear guidelines that can be applied directly within tools such as Zeroheight. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and marketing objectives into creative, brand-aligned outputs. Collaborate with the global design organization (product designers and UX/UI specialists) to maintain design system consistency and share visual standards. Partner with campaign, demand gen, and content teams to understand where designed assets sit in the broader marketing system. Essential requirements 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio. B2B environment experience (ideally SaaS or technology). In addition to your hands-on experience with video edition, animation, or motion graphics, we do welcome a portfolio demonstrating range of marketing collateral, social content, video/motion, and ideally examples of AI-assisted or design-system-aware work. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and proven experience creating high-impact presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides). Figma: solid working proficiency required (web design/ landing page assets) and strong interest in zeroheight (or equivalent design system documentation tools). Familiarity with UI/UX principles to ensure marketing outputs sit coherently within the broader digital product experience. Required AI fluency: solid, practical experience with AI prompting for visual and video output. AI tools: hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Google AI Studio, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent. demonstrated ability to apply AI inside real production workflows and understanding of how AI agents work and where they create leverage in creative and marketing ops contexts. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should understand what agents can and can’t do. Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Strong collaboration, curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills aligned with values of Impact, Aspiration, Curiosity, and Trust. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1–C2) Advantageous Exposure to analytics or performance marketing contexts (understanding how design assets connect to campaign metrics and conversion). Ability to adapt design concepts to diverse cultural contexts and visual communication styles across global regions. Hands-on experience with Anthropic/Claude API. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and how designed assets feed into campaign workflows.
