Job Overview

Job Summary**

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Laborer to support our solar farm construction projects. This non-driving role involves manual labor and assistance with various tasks essential for project completion.

Job Responsibilities**

Assist with the unloading, sorting, and staging of materials and equipment on job sites.
Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, waste disposal, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and following instructions.
Dig trenches, post holes, and foundations by hand or with hand tools.
Perform basic assembly of components under supervision.
Operate small hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., drills, grinders, shovels, rakes).
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.

Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a similar physically demanding role is a plus.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
Commitment to safety on the job site.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
