About The Role

This posting will be for those seeking Work Study positions at our approved off campus sites These employees are paid from Federal Funding and vetted through the Financial Aid process. They are hired on a per-semester basis.

Duties will vary based upon positions that are available. Please contact the Financial Aid Office for availability.

This specific position is located at the Muncie Arts and Culture Council (Muncie Arts).

The duties are to support the following activities of the Muncie Arts and Culture Council (MuncieArts)

board and committee management, e.g. meeting notes, presentations, etc. grants, especially drafts and research programs, e.g.

Mayor’s Arts Awards, Artist Spotlight, First Thursday, public art, tabling, outreach, etc.

operations, including research and writing for communications, building management administrative support,

e.g. file management Remote work is permitted on a project-by-project basis

Students with office experience, plus an interest in arts and culture preferred.

A criminal background check will be completed on the selected applicant.
