ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Site Administrator is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to the site leadership team and broader workforce.

The role ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of site administration processes, including document control, personnel administration, reporting, travel and accommodation coordination, purchasing and general office support.

The Site Administrator plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting effective communication across the operation and ensuring administrative activities are completed in a timely, professional and compliant manner. Key responsibilities include:
