Job Description The Operations Analyst is responsible for activities relating to technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring information systems operations. This includes planning and recommending machine modifications or additional equipment to increase system capacity, preparing operational cost estimates for current and proposed projects, and evaluating vendor proposals for hardware purchases. The role directs the compilation of records and reports concerning production, machine malfunctioning, and maintenance, and may advise or consult on organisational, procedural, and workflow plans, methods, and procedures analysis. We require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation being 3 days per week in the Warsaw office. Qualifications Required: Background in a similar role. Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance for information systems operations. Proven capability in planning and recommending system modifications or equipment upgrades. Track record of preparing operational cost estimates for projects. Ability to assess and evaluate vendor proposals for hardware purchases. Skilled in compiling records and reports related to production and maintenance. Strong capability in analyzing operating system performance and recommending improvements. Preferred: Ability to advise on organizational, procedural, and workflow plans. Solid understanding of methods and procedures analysis. Demonstrated success in recommending changes to improve processing and utilization. Experience acting as a consultant on operational improvements.
