Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Target Visits: Plan and visit HCPs as per target visits per tier, ensuring consistent and effective engagement with key stakeholders.
- Establish Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with dermatologists and designated medical professionals to ensure effective education about Galderma’s Aesthetic products.
- Plan and Execute Visits: Execute visits to HCPs to share medical updates, conduct scientific discussions, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
- Training and Workshops: Organize and participate in workshops, hands-on training sessions, and scientific meetings for HCPs to enhance their understanding of Galderma’s solutions and their applications.
- Education and IDS Approach: Educate HCPs on Galderma’s Integrated Dermatology Solutions (IDS) approach, emphasizing holistic treatment regimens to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to align educational strategies and enhance HCP engagement.
- Educational Marketing Plans: Implement and support the company’s educational marketing plans, ensuring effective delivery of medical content through presentations, workshops, and other educational initiatives.
- Market Insights: Monitor and gather insights into market trends, competitor activities, and HCP feedback on Galderma products to refine and enhance educational strategies.
- Scientific Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of medical advancements and data in dermatology and aesthetics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is shared with HCPs.
- Pharmacovigilance and Reporting: Collect and report pharmacovigilance cases to HQ, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements governing interactions with HCPs, including adherence to company policies and country laws.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate company resources (e.g., time, marketing expenses, samples) effectively in collaboration with the Line Manager.
- Performance Review: Regularly review performance metrics and develop action plans with the manager to address areas of improvement.
- Reporting: Submit activity and results reports, including daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Complaint Handling: Address HCP complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and providing recommendations to management.
- Integrated Strategy Mindset: Consistently apply an integrated dermatology strategy mindset in daily roles and responsibilities.
- Tailored Scientific Information: Provide HCPs with tailored scientific information to support their practice and improve patient care.
- Strategic Positioning: Strategically position Galderma products as part of a holistic treatment regimen to optimize outcomes and foster loyalty among HCPs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (science/ pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification
- Licensed pharmacist- eligible to practice in KSA
- Valid Healthcare License is Mandatory
- Saudi National is mandatory
- Language: fluent in English especially Business English (written and spoken/presentations etc.)
- Minimum 2-3 years in a multinational healthcare or pharmaceutical company, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics.
- Proven experience in engaging HCPs with scientific discussions and training programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare
