We are looking for an Associate APAC Payroll Specialist who is a team player, professional and solution focused. Main responsibilities Efficient, accurate, and time processing of multiple payrolls on behalf of clients Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies. Research discrepancies on payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary Be involved in process improvement Experience needed for this role At least 1 year of payroll processing experience Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and supports colleagues. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
