We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team at our Egg Harbor Twp, NJ facility. In this role you will be supporting one or more of our FAA programs. TFM2 provides modernization and life cycle support of Information Technology infrastructure that host national implementation of the FAA's Traffic Flow Management (TFM) functionality. It also focuses on long term engineering services and the development of new functional enhancements that increase the capability of Traffic Flow Management.

HOW A PROJECT SENIOR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s)
  • Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
  • Coordinates and manages deliverables, budgets, and timelines
  • Manages the program risk tracking process
  • Attend customer meetings and may serve as client liaison
  • Manage Task Order(s) ensuring all tasks are complete, meet schedule, and performance requirements
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
  • Mentor and provide leadership, guidance, and instruction for staff members

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education

Bachelor’s degree( in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field)

Required Experience

Ten (10) plus years of management experience

Security Clearance Level

Must be clearable for a position of Public Trust and standard background investigation check

Required Skills and Abilities

Proficient in Government contracting, engineering and design standards, planning tools (i.e. work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, critical path analyses, PERT charts, etc.), budgeting, scheduling, and technical report development.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written; demonstrated ability to speak professionally and to raise issues to teams and senior management

Ability to thrive in situations of complexity and ambiguity while functioning at a high level of productivity in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment

Demonstrates advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or similar programs

Demonstrates ability to work independently

Demonstrated strength in solving complex problems

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

The likely salary range for this position is $112,840 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
