Equipment Maintenance Tech II

Main responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to forklifts, pallet jacks and sweepers
• Requisition and control of the spare parts and material to keep the forklifts, pallet jacks and sweepers operating in optimus conditions
• Review at the start of the shift the daily activities assigned and report status at the end of the shift to the supervisor
• Control and complete the maintenance work orders assigned
• Document in electronic and / or written the corrective and preventive maintenance work orders based in the maintenance procedures
• Execute the cleaning procedure of the forklift area as applied
• Use of manuals, schematics, engineering drawings and diagrams.
• Use of personal protection equipment provided by Medline
• Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
• Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system
• Participate in the 5s program
• Support and participate in Kaizen events
