Job Description
Join our Early Talent Recruitment team and help shape the future workforce of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process for internships, graduate programs, and trainee opportunities across EMEA while partnering with universities, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.
Your responsibilities will be
Responsible for the successful delivery of the Early Talent recruitment selection process. This includes
- Support the selection process end-to-end, across internships, trainee programs and graduate roles.
- Participate in all activities connected with Early Talent hiring – sourcing, pre-screening, testing, video interviews, as well as offer management.
- Build and maintaining positive candidate and hiring managers experience through the whole process.
- Ensure business representatives are briefed and receive all relevant information to perform the selection and offer process.
- Lead and manage roundtable hiring discussions if required.
- The effective delivery of the sell process to get offers accepted to meet hiring targets.
- Work alongside HR, TA and R&O to onboard campus hires.
- Audit hiring reports to ensure data is accurate.
Recruitment and attraction
- In partnership with the Campus Team Lead contribute to the recruitment, attraction, and events for Company divisions.
- Participate in all activities connected to promotion of Johnson & Johnson within the university environment, support building the Employer brand through social media presence.
- Attend events (digital or on-campus) on behalf of J&J as required.
- Effectively work with Campus Teams on raising the division’s profile at target campuses.
Additional Responsibilities
- Keep up to date with current and impending legislation, developments and changes in the graduate market and propose changes to graduate recruiting policies and practices.
- Share divisional best practices with the wider EMEA Campus Recruitment Teams.
- Undertake team projects and ad hoc requests as required by the Campus Team Lead.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent English speaker and with knowledge of German at least on conversational level (minimum B1/B2). Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
- Good knowledge on MS Office.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a recruiter, ideally in the early careers and campus division.
- A good understanding of the early careers and campus recruitment landscape is an advantage.
- Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment yet maintaining a high level of detail.
- Demonstrated client service focus.
- High-level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to develop relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and senior professionals internally and externally.
- This role may require occasional travel to attend Campus events.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is
Kč542 000,00 - Kč871 700,00
