Logistic Operation (Sampit)

• Lead and oversee Area Managers in managing overall operations of franchised outlets within Sampit.
• Drive regional performance by translating company strategy into actionable plans and measurable targets.
• Ensure operational excellence across pick-up and delivery services while improving service quality and efficiency.
• Develop and expand regional markets, including franchise recruitment, replacement, and territory optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Build, coach, and strengthen high-performing regional teams.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, with proven experience managing teams of 20+ members.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or express delivery industry is a plus point
• Strong analytical skills with high sensitivity to data and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to travel within assigned regional areas.
