About The Role

Lead overall offshore structural design, including topside steel structure, module support, deck structure and structural system optimization.
Complete structural calculation, load analysis, global/local strength check and structural design verification in accordance with API, ABS, DNV and client specifications.
Produce and review structural engineering deliverables, such as structural drawings, design basis, calculation reports and technical datasheets.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients and third-party authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure design consistency.
Review vendor and subcontractor structural documents, provide technical validation and engineering guidance.
Manage discipline workload, control design quality and progress, and mentor junior structural engineers.
Provide technical support for construction, fabrication and commissioning stages as required.
Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Ocean Engineering.
8+ years offshore oil & gas structural engineering experience, familiar with FPSO and offshore topside project design.
Familiar with international offshore standards, structural analysis software and EPC project workflow.
