Data Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data operations and quality, recognizing that good data input leads to valuable insights.
• Track customer usage and utilization, providing support through onboarding and training.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, cleaning, and preparation.
• Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, commercially actionable insights.
• Background as a Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Customer Success professional from a data-driven product company.
