About The Role

As a Senior Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace , you will provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Sr ISC Production Supervisor and work out of our Plymouth, MN facility on an On-site work schedule during Weekend Nights, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,400 - $76,800 in Plymouth, MN. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or a related role
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components
  • Experience leading a team of technicians
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
