About The Role

Sun Valley Co-op is hiring for a full- time Yard Foreman to join our team at Altona Home Center location.

Job duties

Organizing, loading and helping arrange for deliveries
Loading customer orders on-site
Safe and efficient movement of product throughout the yard/warehouse
Unloading external delivery trucks following all receiving procedures
Safe operation of all forklifts
General yard/equipment maintenance.

What are we looking for in a candidate

Valid class 5 drivers – A class 3 license would be an asset.
All applicants must be willing to acquire a valid class 3 license within a reasonable timeframe upon hiring.
Must be physically able to lift upwards of 100 lbs
Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions (All Manitoba weather)
Motivated and hardworking personality
You are efficient and accurate in a busy environment.
You have strong organizational abilities
Customer Service Oriented
Good communication skills
Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills
