What You’ll Do

• ✈️ Reservations & Sales Agents
• Be the voice that helps customers plan their journeys.

• Assist customers with booking car rental reservations (domestic & international)
• Recommend the best vehicles, rates, and add-ons based on customer needs
• Upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
• Provide accurate pricing, promotions, and rental requirements
• Handle reservation updates, changes, and inquiries
• Identify new business and corporate sales opportunities
• Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging customer experience

• 🎧 Customer Service Representatives
• Be the problem-solver customers rely on.

• Handle inbound inquiries related to reservations, rates, and services
• Resolve customer concerns with efficiency and empathy
• Provide accurate information and support on policies and requirements
• Assist with booking updates and service requests
• Promote loyalty programs, offers, and promotions
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information
