About The Role

As a Sr Quality Eng Technician here at Honeywell, you will lead a team to ensure smooth engineering processes, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in our MSC business unit. You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you’ll work out of our Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.

As a Senior Quality Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products within our Building Automation business unit.

In this role, you will impact product quality by performing detailed inspections, testing, and analysis to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Perform quality inspections and tests on products and components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Analyze quality data and identify trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Document quality findings, prepare reports, and maintain quality records.
Support internal and external audits related to quality processes and standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or quality technician roles.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and testing methodologies.
Strong knowledge on SMT Process
Experience with quality management systems and tools such as SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
Proficiency in using measurement instruments and quality testing equipment.
Intermediate English Level

WE VALUE

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
Experience in Building Automation or related industries.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
