About The Role

Execute day-to-day procurement activities, including creation, follow-up, and management of purchase orders - Plan, schedule, and monitor material requirements to support production and operational needs - Review requisitions and MRP signals to ensure timely procurement actions - Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery dates, and shipment status - Maintain and update material, supplier, and planning data in the ERP/MRP system (SAP) - Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with replenishment activities - Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, sourcing) to resolve supply and delivery issues - Maintain accurate documentation, including PO records and required approvals per authorization matrix - Assist with vendor communication for routine operational topics and issue resolution - Support the local team with documentation required for customs and operational processes - Help track and report on open orders, delays, and exceptions - This role might involve a high volume of recurring, process-driven tasks requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency - Perform other duties as required to support evolving business and operational needs
