MSD365 F&O Finance Consultant

Criteria

·       Hand on experience in General Ledger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed assets, Cash and Bank Management, Project Accounting, Budgeting Module on Indian Localization.

·       Experience on GST and Indian taxation reporting.

·       Minimum 3 end to end ERP implementation experience

Preferably CA or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration field

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements and design Finance solutions within D365 FO.
• Lead workshops and client meetings to ensure business needs are well understood.
• Configure and customize Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash & Bank Management.
• Ensure compliance with Indian localization and statutory requirements within D365 FO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules.
• Provide support during UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation phases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing best practices and process improvements.

Expectations

• 6-8 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Finance modules).
• Strong expertise in Indian localization and statutory compliance.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in implementation, upgrades, and support projects.
• Ability to lead finance workstreams and coordinate with technical teams.
• Preferred location: Bangalore, but open to other locations as needed.
