The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Spa Operations Manager to join the team!
Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

In this role you will be managing the operations team and assisting with the service providers team members to help cover days off. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience in Spa Management experience. And have experience working with Book4Time scheduling tool.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Oversee daily spa operations: Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance
- Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
- Maintain spa facilities: Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order
- Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
