Shifts available

  • 7am-3pm - Full and Part Time
  • 3pm-11pm - Full and Part Time
  • 11pm-7am - Full time Saturday-Wednesday

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate for our exciting new property opening this September! This pivotal role offers an energetic and engaging environment where you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring every guest’s experience begins with warmth and professionalism. Whether working during the morning or evening shift, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining smooth front desk operations. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise and grow within a vibrant, fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system; PEP.
  • Handle all guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, offering prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Respond swiftly to guest concerns or issues, applying customer service problem-solving skills to deliver memorable solutions.
  • Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and operational continuity at all times.
  • Support night audit functions when working evening shifts, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication.
  • Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Previous hotel experience involving front desk responsibilities, guest services, or resort operations is preferred but I am willing to train the right candidate. Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
