  • Accurately accept, process, and redeem sports wagers while handling cash and transactions with integrity.
  • Become knowledgeable about sportsbook offerings, betting options, promotions, and responsible gaming practices.
  • Answer guest questions and help them make informed wagering decisions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and Gaming Control Board regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to create a positive and successful work environment.
  • Support daily sportsbook operations and assist with other duties as assigned
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in a professional environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to remain professional, detail-oriented, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Non-Key Gaming Permit and any other gaming licenses required by applicable jurisdictions.
  • Commitment to following all company policies, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming practices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks that may involve bending, twisting, and repetitive writing.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where smoking may be present.
