About The Role
As the Senior Associate - Supply Chain Services, you will be responsible for performing project based specialized wire cutting applications and/or value-added services within the warehouse such as subsequent manufacturing and assembling ready to install products. This includes operating a cutting machine to cut, prepare, and ship specialized wire, cable, and related materials specific to customer orders.
Shift: Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

A Day in The Life of a Senior Associate
As the Senior Associate - Supply Chain Services, you will be responsible for performing project based specialized wire cutting applications and/or value-added services within the warehouse such as subsequent manufacturing and assembling ready to install products. This includes: operating a cutting machine to cut, prepare, and ship specialized wire, cable, and related materials specific to customer orders.
- Perform technical warehouse tasks related to assigned projects (i.e. – advanced kitting, cabinet builds, rack builds, IP addressing, contractor services, etc.)
- Operate wire cutting machinery to prepare project based specialized wire and cable cuts for shipment
- Perform value added services specific to customer orders (i.e. – subsequent manufacturing, assembling, insta-reels, parallels, speedpulls, striping, dying, printing, etc.)
- Load, unload, and move material in a safe manner manually or by using a forklift or other approved device
- Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures

Education & Experience
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 3 years of warehouse and distribution operations experience
- 6 months to 1 year minimum of forklift experience
Skills & Requirements
- Experience with specialized wire cutting
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools
- Forklift Certification strongly preferred; the ability to obtain a forklift certification is required
- Knowledge of electrical, construction or mechanical products preferred
- Project coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow direction
- Basic computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, be on your feet for extended periods and climb ladders
