Direct Support Professional

About the Role

We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in our residential programs across Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you’ll empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities. This is a direct care role that requires reliability, empathy, and a heart for service.

Responsibilities

• ● Provide daily care and supervision in a residential setting
• ● Support individuals in achieving independence with daily tasks and routines
• ● Encourage participation in social and community activities
• ● Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals
• ● Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policies
• ● Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• ● Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and report concerns to the Program Specialist

Required Qualifications

• ● Must be at least 18 years old
• ● High School Diploma or GED
• ● Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• ● Experience in direct care or behavioral health services
• ● Familiarity with I/DD populations and residential care settings
