Die Berater:innen und Coaches von Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) sind erfahrene Expert:innen mit fundierter Kenntnis der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette im Gesundheitswesen sowie breiter interdisziplinärer Erfahrung. Als Principal Consultant koordinierst du sämtliche Beratungsleistungen bei ein bis drei Kund:innen und verantwortest Transformationsprogramme, Projekte zur operativen Exzellenz sowie zur Optimierung klinischer Behandlungspfade. Deine Position ist in der DACH-Region (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz) und ist als Remote-Rolle ausgelegt. Dein Wohnort dient als primäre Arbeitsbasis. Gleichzeitig ist eine regelmäßige Präsenz bei Kund:innen vor Ort in der DACH-Region erforderlich sowie – bei Bedarf – die Teilnahme an Terminen an Medtronic-Standorten. Diese Stelle im Homeoffice erfordert häufige Dienstreisen innerhalb der DACH-Region (bis zu 70 %). Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: Als Mitglied der EMEA Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consulting Community übernimmst du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben: Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften mit Krankenhäusern zur Umsetzung komplexer Transformationen und nachhaltiger Wachstumsstrategien Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Ansätze zur Optimierung von Patientenpfaden sowie klinischer und administrativer Prozesse Identifikation, Priorisierung und Strukturierung wertschöpfender Initiativen inklusive Projekt-Roadmaps und umsetzungsreifer Maßnahmenpläne zur Leistungssteigerung und Kostensenkung Überzeugende Einflussnahme auf zentrale Stakeholder durch fundierte Analysen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und belastbare Business Cases Gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung von End-to-End-Projekten sowie Coaching und Mentoring der Delivery-Teams Aktive Begleitung der Umsetzung sowie Befähigung und Weiterentwicklung lokaler Projekt- und Personalressourcen Erstellung von Portfolioreviews für Steering Committees sowie systematische Sicherung von Learnings und Best Practices zur Weiterentwicklung des Beratungstoolkits Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung: Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet sowie 4–6 Jahre Beratungserfahrung bei einer führenden oder spezialisierten Unternehmensberatung im Gesundheitswesen Tiefgehende Erfahrung im Gesundheitsumfeld und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Vorständen, Geschäftsführungen und Top-Management von Krankenhäusern Ausgeprägte Programm- und Projektmanagement-Kompetenz über den gesamten End-to-End-Zyklus inklusive Steuerung von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Stakeholdern Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in der Entwicklung, im Coaching und Mentoring von Mitarbeitenden mit klarem Fokus auf Teamentwicklung Starkes methodisches Beratungs-Know-how, insbesondere in strukturierter Problemlösung sowie in der Überführung von Strategien in nachhaltige Umsetzung Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
