About The Role

THE ROLE

The Toledo Complex includes both the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center. This position provides operational support across both venues. The Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing support to the Bartenders, and Catering staff by assisting with event preparation, setup, service, and cleanup while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following

Deliver beverages and other products throughout the Arena and Glass City Center, in an efficient and timely manner.
Stock and rotate product in beverage room; ensure that inventory levels of supplies are maintained.
Help to pack and set up bars before events.
Keep work area and equipment neat and clean.
Collect and dispose of trash from bars during and at the end of each event.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be customer-oriented, organized and detail oriented.
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.
Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules as needed.
