🧩 What you’ll do

As a Logistics Supervisor , you’ll oversee all warehouse and cryoroom operations for our cryopreservation and kitting activities . You’ll lead a team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure that all materials—from ambient to cryogenic—are handled safely and compliantly. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising daily operations, inventory, and documentation
Coordinating with Program Managers, QC, and shuttle drivers to meet project deadlines
Ensuring compliance with GMP, GxP, and safety standards
Writing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and deviation reports
Managing staff schedules, training, and performance
Participating in audits, facility tours, and continuous improvement initiatives

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly, safely, and on time.
🧠 What we’re looking for

A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or logistics
5+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment
1+ year of team leadership experience
Experience with biological/pharmaceutical materials , including cryogenic handling
Strong knowledge of quality systems, HSE, and ERP/MES tools
Fluent in French ; professional English (B2+) required
A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
