Job Description

• Manage assigned distributors: set targets, track performance, conduct business reviews and
• ensure sales goals achievement.

• Develop and optimize distributor network; onboard, train and certify channel partners.
• Control pricing, discount policy and resolve channel conflicts.
• Execute channel sales plans and promotions to improve sell‑in and sell‑out.
• Support distributors on key projects and customer development.
• Collect market & competitor intelligence; maintain CRM data and sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Life Sciences, Chemistry or Business preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience in analytical instruments/consumables with distributor management

background.

• Good knowledge of lab consumables and Greater China channel landscape.
• Proficient in English, MS Office and CRM (Salesforce/SAP).
• Strong execution, communication and problem‑solving skills
