About The Role

  • 一、过程质量管控
  • 1、负责三电产品生产过程控制的监督、评价、改进
  • 2、负责三电产品的过程审核及产品审核、评价，专项审核评价
  • 3、负责其他过程的监督审核
  • 4、负责重点控制问题的调查、分析
  • 5、负责质量改进点在制造过程落地有效性的监督和稽核
  • 6、质量体系落地：确保IATF16949质量管理体系及VDA6.3过程审核要求在部门内有效运行，协助完成客户审核。
  • 二、团队建设与持续改进
  • 1、团队建设：负责过程质量团队的人员管理、专业能力提升、技能培训及绩效考核，提升团队的专业检验能力与质量意识。
  • 2、数据分析：运营SPC、MSA等工具监控过程质量趋势，主导质量周会
  • 本科及以上；机械工程、车辆工程、电子、电气自动化或材料工程等相关理工科专业；
  • 经验要求：5-8年及以上三电行业质量管理经验，其中至少2-3年及以上质量总监/经理/主管等过程质量团队建设及管理经验，有电芯+电池从业经验者优先；
