About The Role

  • 1、检验能力策划：负责来料检验能力策划和实施，包含外观、尺寸、功能、清洁度、理化等所有特性
  • 2、检验标准和计划制定：负责各品类物料检验项目和标准、规则、方法的策划；
  • 3、负责新项目的外协件检验策划、制定和管理外协件的检验文件。
  • 4、外协件的入库检验结果审核、不合格处置。
  • 5、客户处和制造过程外协零部件质量问题的分析；进厂检验质量信息的反馈、分析和推动SQE和供方整改；参与供方PPAP审核等供应商质量管控工作。
  • 6、总结周期内整体检验指标情况，推动SQE和供方整改。
  • 7、负责检验新技术、新方法的推广、使用、培训。
  • 3本科及以上；车辆工程、新能源、材料、机械设计、自动化或电气等相近专业；
  • 经验要求：年以上质量管理经验，其中至少1-2年担任IQC主管或同等级别管理职务。具备电子、机械制造、汽车零部件或家电行业背景者优先。
