About The Role

  • 1、负责整车工厂效率提升、成本降低、品质改善，开展工时测定、线平衡、动作分析、流程优化。
  • 2、运用 IE 方法（MOD 法、ECRS、5Why、VSM、OEE、SMED 等）推进现场改善。
  • 3、参与产线规划、工位布局、物流路径、节拍测算、产能规划与 Layout 优化。
  • 4、推进标准化作业（SOP）、标准工时制定、人力配置、稼动率提升。
  • 5、支持新车型导入、工艺验证、瓶颈工位改善、浪费消除（七大浪费）。
  • 6、推动精益生产（TPS/Lean）、持续改善（Kaizen）、降本增效项目落地。
  • 7、协同生产、设备、质量、物流完成数据统计、改善报告与项目复盘。
  • 1、本科及以上，工业工程、机械设计制造、车辆工程、物流工程等相关专业。
  • 2、掌握 IE 基础理论：标准工时、线平衡、动作分析、流程优化、精益生产。
  • 3、熟悉 Office（Excel/PPT），会CAD/Visio优先；懂 Python/SQL 数据分析加分。
  • 4、了解汽车制造四大工艺（冲压 / 焊装 / 涂装 / 总装）或有实习经验优先。
  • 5、逻辑清晰、数据敏感、执行力强，具备良好沟通与跨部门协同能力。
  • 6、能适应制造现场环境，吃苦耐劳，具备改善意识与项目推进能力。
  • 7、CET-4 及以上，能阅读英文技术资料优先。
