• Work with the latest technology in a data-driven, AI-enabled European company serving enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with a team of data engineers, scientists, and analytics engineers, providing opportunities for learning and professional growth.
• Make a direct impact by engaging with end customers to understand their strategic goals and translating these into actionable steps for the Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data operations and quality, recognizing that good data input leads to valuable insights.
• Track customer usage and utilization, providing support during onboarding and training.
• Deliver first-level technical and functional customer support.
• Assist with customer onboarding, training, and data integration to ensure customer success.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, cleaning, and preparation.
• Comfortable communicating with new customers, including those who are non-technical or new to the product.
• Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, commercially actionable insights.
• Suitable backgrounds include Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Customer Success roles within data-driven product companies.
