Plant & Workshop Manager Rail / Infrastructure

What You Will Do

• Oversee the overall operation, maintenance, and availability of rail track machinery and workshop activities.
• Manage a large fleet of aging rail assets, ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and minimizing downtime.
• Lead mechanics and fabrication teams to support uninterrupted rail construction operations.

What You Will Need

• 8–15 years of experience in plant, machinery, or workshop management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of rail track machinery, locomotives, wagons, and heavy equipment maintenance.
• Experience in coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and fabricators.
