Associate Specialist - Plant Warehouse

• Key competencies requirement

• Must have experience of handling with Labor contractor/ Downline executives /and transporter
• Co-ordination with QC Dept/Logistics/weighbridge/production
• Communication skill is required with cross functional team.
• Knowledge to have Good Warehouse practise
• Knowledge to keep product in FIFO
• Knowledge of Food Safety/ Hygenic /Housekeeping
• Active Listening/Critical Thinking- Using Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Judgment and decision making
• To have good leadership

Key Accountabilities

• Knowledge of ERP system
• Maintaining vehicle checklist and cleaning report of tanker
• Good commuincation with internal team (PRODUCTION/QC/LOGISTICS)
• Maintaining FTE records.
• Day to Day planning of shifting material from shop to warehouse
• Maintaining record of contractors bill and present report
• Maintaining Equipments handling
• Despatch register as per ISO
• Record of rejection and ok trucks as per ISO STD
• Housekeeping of warehouse
• Dispatching goods as per FIFO method.
