What You Will Do Purchasing: Review purchase requisitions and create POs in line with the standard operating procedures. Process purchase orders not transacted electronically. Determine if requested items are available in catalogue. Update the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup in system. Establish and follow up ship dates with suppliers. Generate PO from approved requisition. Route high-value items not on contract to Sr. Buyer for resolution. Customer Support: Review inbound requests (phone/email) and provide resolution in line with the standard operating procedures. Determine if request can be resolved within the team or needs external teams support. Triage ticket within the ticket system and update the system per SOP. Follow with the required stakeholders / team members for open requests. Route high-complexity tickets to Sr. customer support team members for resolution. What Should You Bring Education: High school diploma, 2-year Associate Degree (field related), Graduate or equivalent experience. Languages: required Intermediate English. Spanish is a PLUS. Other Skills Knowledge of P2P tools - end user functionality, ERP/P2P systems SAP/Oracle (a plus). In depth knowledge of purchase to pay processes. Adhere to all organizational procurement policies and procedures. Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility. Highly effective communication skills with stakeholders & suppliers. Good problem-solving skills.
