The ideal location for candidates is Northern Italy
The incumbent is responsible for the development and revenue growth of sales for a specific territory, for a product line(s) and named account(s) in demonstrating product expertise, deep clinical knowledge, strong business acumen. Is responsible for the implementation, the coordination and maintenance of product training and programs. Has an in-depth understanding of the technical features of the company and competitor products and proven sales experience. Has a defined sales target to achieve and operates within the established policy guidelines:
- Accountable to achieve sales objectives within the specific territory. Pursues sales leads, promotes products, concludes orders and arranges internal sales logistics.
- Accountable to drive profitable revenue growth in their assigned sales territory for their product(s) lines.
- Responsible for account management in executing business plans to grow revenue.
- Create a sales plan which will at least reach these targets, including sales plans for separate customers.
- Provides full support to customers in the assigned sales territory by coordinating and delivering application & product training for customer personnel as well as developing multi-level relationships with existing customers within allocated account(s).
Profile
- University degree in life sciences strongly preferred, possible nursing license acceptable
- 2 years of related experience with proven track record of selling experience, preferably in Medical devices
- Italian – bilingual, fluent English and good French
- Proven results orientation
- Team player
- Demonstrated ability to manage a territory and execute sales plan
- Ability to drive results in a matrix organization
- Ability to understand customer needs and support them with clinical knowledge and education
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
Pay Transparency
The base salary actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for a sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role. In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees.

The Pay Range for this role is
- €43,900.00-€73,100.00/Annual
- For Sales roles, the range reflects on target earnings, which includes both base salary and sales incentive target.
