About the Position

The

General Manager

will have full operational and financial ownership of the Milwaukee branch. This leader will be responsible for managing the P&L, driving revenue and EBITDA growth, developing new business, overseeing day-to-day operations, and building a high-performing team.

The branch has an established foundation, and the objective is to bring in a proven leader who can

take ownership, identify opportunities, and accelerate growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities

Own the branch P&L, revenue, EBITDA, and overall financial performance.
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share.
Lead business development and strengthen relationships with commercial clients, property owners, insurance partners, and referral sources.
Oversee daily restoration and reconstruction operations.
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
Establish accountability for production, customer service, profitability, and operational performance.
Monitor key financial and operational metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations.
Build upon the existing operation while identifying new markets and revenue opportunities.
Serve as the senior leader and primary representative of the branch.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in disaster restoration or a closely related industry.
Progressive leadership experience with increasing operational responsibility.

Demonstrated

P&L ownership
and financial management experience.
Proven track record of growing a restoration operation, branch, or similar service business.
Strong business development and relationship-management skills.
Experience hiring, developing, and leading teams.
Strong understanding of restoration operations, project management, and customer service.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and make sound business decisions.
Strong financial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to balance strategic growth initiatives with day-to-day operational execution.
