LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

• Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development
• Learning & Development, Training Facilitation, or HR-related certifications are an advantage.
• Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or LMS
• Experience in administrative or HR support roles
• Basic knowledge of training processes and L&D concepts
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Basic facilitation and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and results-focused
• Ability to follow processes and timelines
