Job Description
Primary functions and essential responsibilities
- Support cash forecasting activities, including borrowing, paydown, and capital call planning in partnership with Accounting teams.
- Investigate and resolve cash variances between internal trade systems and banking records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, banking partners, lenders, and auditors.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and investment products through documentation, data validation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities through dashboards, forecasting tools, and employee-facing reporting packages.
- Participate in strategic initiatives, technology enhancements, and process improvement projects that drive business efficiency and improve the client experience.
- Manage debt facilities and oversee compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
- Assist in producing ad hoc requests for limited partners, analysts, and investment teams, providing timely and accurate support.
- Prepare and oversee weekly cash management reporting for all funds, including current activity and expected settlements of capital calls and capital distributions.
- Manage administrator cash support requests, including the bank statements, investment notices, and other supporting documentation and any project related or ad-hoc work.
- Review, approve, and process vendor invoices and related cash payments in accordance with company policies and controls.
- Provide support for ad hoc requests from limited partners, analysts, and investment teams.
Qualifications
Education
- BS/BA with major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field with outstanding academic record
Experience Required
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, accounting, or related functions within a leading investment management or capital markets firm.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, portfolio performance reporting, attribution analysis, and investment analytics.
- Knowledge of core accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience coordinating with and managing relationships across third-party service providers and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and other AI-powered tools for workflow automation, process optimization, and operational support.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote and geographically dispersed teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, as well as strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
